Dr. Hyung Jin Choi
Endocrinologist and Professor of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at Seoul National University
Dr Hyung Jin Choi’s research interests are appetite-suppressing drug mechanisms and brain regulation of eating behavior. He received bachelor on Medicine, Master of Internal Medicine and doctoral degree on Molecular and Genomics at Seoul National University College of Medicine. He did his Internal Medicine residency training and Endocrinology fellowship training at Seoul National University Hospital. From 2012 to 2015, he worked as a researcher, clinician and educator at Department of Endocrinology at Chungbuk National University Hospital. From 2015, he is focusing his research on obesity and appetite using mouse model, non-human primate model and human clinical trials as a assistant/associate professor in Department of Biomedical Sciences/Anatomy and Cell Biology/Brain and Cognitive Sciences.
